Shipping and Return

Shipping 

 The orders will be sent by USPS First Class Mail arriving within 3-5 days in The US, 6-10 days international.

Most of the orders will ship the next business day. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. 

Returns

You can return or exchange any delivered items within 30 days of the delivery date, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, tags, plastic pouches, etc.), labeled, new, unworn, unwashed, no modification and accompanied return email, to the following address:

Subject to acceptance of the returned items, Xiaoxiao Designs will refund the cost of the returned items at the billed price (including delivery charges). If you are partially refunded for an order, outward delivery charges will be at your own expense.
